Sabindra Thapa is the President of the Federation of International Nepali Youth Entrepreneurs (FINYE USA) and the CEO of Desmata Inc., based in Plano, Texas. An industry expert in screening and business development, Sabindra has over two decades of experience connecting businesses with top talent and fostering professional communities.

A graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma’s College of Business Administration, he was actively involved in the Nepalese Student Association during his studies. Sabindra is deeply committed to community service and cultural empowerment. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Nepalese Society of Texas and is the Executive Director of the Greater Dallas Asian American Chamber of Commerce.

His dedication extends to roles as a board member of the Dallas Everest Lions Club and as a member of the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA). Fluent in Nepali and English, Sabindra actively promotes economic empowerment and social services within the Nepalese and broader Asian communities in Texas.

Through his leadership at FINYE USA and Desmata Inc., Sabindra continues to foster international connections and promote diversity and inclusion in the business world.
