Sanjib is Fintech enthusiast with passion to help people and company grow.
His career spans across Banking, L&D and Fintech areas where he is credited with growing both the people and the company.

He is passionate about creating eco system to foster professional development and hence has founded HR society in 2012, Fintech Alliance Nepal in 2023 and AI Club Nepal in 2024.
Sanjib also Chairs UNDP SDG Sub-platform for Green Finance.

He is the Global speaker of Fintech and is the Founding President of Fintech Alliance Nepal.
Sanjib also consults for IFC of the World Bank on Corporate Governance and Digital Financial areas.
His employer included Standard Chartered Bank, Webster University, National Banking Institute, PwC and Nepal Electronic Payment Systems.

Sanjib holds an MBA in International Business from Webster University. His Executive Education are at Stanford University, Frankfurt School of Mngt and World Bank institute. In his leisure time he is at his farm in Nuwakot where he is growing fruits, nuts and Timmur.

He loves riding motor bike, crazy about canyoning and trekking.
His trekking adventure includes Langtang (3850 mtr), Shermathang, Annapurna Base Camp (4130 mtr), Ghore Pani, Mardi (4500 mtr), Everest Base Camp (5207 mtr GorakShep) amongst others.
