Manisha Dangol Shrestha is an award-winning entrepreneur based in London, renowned in her community as “Beauty with Brain.” As the Director of London Fashion House Group, she manages clothing showrooms, restaurants, and real estate ventures in both London and Nepal.

A passionate philanthropist and social activist, Manisha is the President of Today’s Woman, a foundation dedicated to women’s empowerment and supporting disabled children. She also serves as the Goodwill Ambassador for Cerebral Palsy Nepal.

In 2018, Manisha was crowned Mrs. Nepal Universe and represented Nepal at the Mrs. Universe pageant in the Philippines. She is an experienced event organizer for Miss/Master Nepal Junior and Mrs. Nepal, and acts as the National Director for Nepal for the Mrs. Universe pageant.

Her contributions have been recognized with numerous awards, including the 20th Maha Guthi Entrepreneur Award (2023), the Sparsh International Woman Entrepreneur Award (2022) in Nepal, and the Woman Excellence Award in Dubai (2021).
