Niraj Khanal is the Founder & Chairperson of Antarprerana Pvt. Ltd. and Founder & Director of KGS Inc. | Briddhi, and is recognized as one of Nepal’s leading voices in entrepreneurship, innovation, and startup ecosystem development.

With over 15 years of experience in entrepreneurship development, innovation, startup support, and investment, Niraj has worked closely with government agencies, development partners, universities, the private sector, and investors to design and deliver impactful entrepreneurship and innovation programs. He has invested in more than 15 companies and mentored entrepreneurs from Nepal, Bhutan, India, and Bangladesh, helping startups accelerate growth and secure investment.

As a faculty member teaching Innovation and Entrepreneurship at Kathmandu University, Tribhuvan University, and several private colleges, his expertise spans startup ecosystem development, incubation and acceleration, mentor development, investment readiness, and entrepreneurship policy. Through his work, he has empowered hundreds of entrepreneurs through mentoring, capacity building, and access to investment opportunities.
