Sweta Paudel is the Co-Founder of Snugz, an Australian premium baby care brand established alongside her sister, Suchana Paudel, with the guidance of their mother, who brings over 25 years of experience in the childcare sector. Snugz supplies high-quality nappies and wipes to childcare centres across Australia and has expanded its presence to New Caledonia, with ambitions for further international growth.

Driven by a deep commitment to improving children’s well-being, Sweta’s entrepreneurial journey extends beyond building a successful business. Inspired by her childhood experiences in Nepal, where essential baby care products were often considered a luxury, she is passionate about ensuring that every child has access to the basic necessities of care and dignity.

Sweta is currently working to introduce Snugz to Nepal, not only as a business venture but also as a meaningful initiative to give back to the country and communities that shaped her. Her vision includes supporting vulnerable children, local communities, and charitable initiatives, including orphanages, while contributing to Nepal’s social and economic development.

In addition to Snugz, Sweta and her family also own and operate an Elite Supps franchise in Australia. Through her work, she continues to combine entrepreneurship with social impact, demonstrating how purpose-driven businesses can create lasting value for communities both locally and globally.
