Suchana Paudel is the Co-Founder of Snugz, an Australian premium baby care brand supplying premium nappies and wipes to childcare centres across Australia, with a growing presence in New Caledonia and expanding into international markets. She co-founded the company alongside her sister, Sweta Paudel, with the guidance of their mother, who brings more than 25 years of experience in the childcare sector.

As Co-Founder, Suchana oversees the overall operations and financial management of the business, combining strategic leadership with strong financial discipline to support Snugz’s sustainable growth. She is also pursuing studies in Economics, further strengthening her expertise in business strategy and financial management.

Inspired by her upbringing and an awareness that basic baby care essentials remain out of reach for many families, Suchana is committed to building Snugz into a purpose-driven brand that creates both commercial success and meaningful social impact. She is passionate about supporting children in developing countries, including Nepal, and contributing to initiatives that help ensure every child has access to essential care.
