Dr. Tshering Lama is a Nepalese social entrepreneur, educator, and innovation ecosystem builder widely recognized for his significant contributions to entrepreneurship development, social innovation, and leadership advancement. With extensive experience in building impact-driven institutions and initiatives, he has been instrumental in fostering innovation, youth empowerment, and enterprise development through structured incubation and leadership programs.

Dr. Tshering Lama currently serves as the Executive Chairperson and Co-founder of Idea Studio Nepal, a leading platform that supports the transformation of innovative ideas into socially impactful enterprises. He also serves as the Chief Enabler of LeadX Nepal, where he leads leadership development, experiential learning, and capacity-building programs, and is the Patron of Childreach Nepal, an organization focused on health, education, and child protection for vulnerable communities. He has additionally contributed as an Advisor to Kathmandu University and is recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.

His areas of expertise include social entrepreneurship, innovation ecosystem development, leadership training, and public policy engagement. He holds a PhD in Telemedicine from Northumbria University, United Kingdom, along with a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Health Development Studies, and has completed executive education in Global Leadership and Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
