She holds advanced qualifications in IT Management and Information Technologies from Central Queensland University and Charles Sturt University, along with industry certifications in Human Resources and Information Technology (CCNA).

A passionate advocate for women’s empowerment and youth leadership, Ranju has served as the Global Secretary and Spokesperson of ICC NRNA and played a pivotal role in establishing initiatives such as NRNA Nari Nikunja Australia. In 2019, she founded the ISR Foundation, a DGR-approved Australian charity supporting international students facing financial hardship and mental health challenges.
