Rita Thami is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience across the UAE, GCC, and Levant regions. She currently serves as the Regional Head of Business for the UAE, GCC, and Levant, bringing extensive expertise in consumer goods, small domestic appliances, consumer electronics, retail, e-commerce, hospitality, and export markets.

Throughout her career, Rita has successfully led businesses across the entire value chain, from identifying market opportunities, sourcing, and product development to strategic partnerships, compliance, supply chain planning, distribution, trade marketing, and go-to-market execution. She has played a pivotal role in launching, repositioning, and expanding globally recognized brands while building businesses from the ground up into market-leading enterprises.

In addition to her corporate leadership, Rita serves as the General Secretary of FINYE UAE, where she is committed to mentoring aspiring Nepali entrepreneurs and supporting the development of sustainable, innovative, and profitable businesses.
