Dr. Bhoj Raj Ghimire is a Nepali academic, digital governance expert, and researcher widely recognized for his significant contributions to information and communication technology (ICT), e-governance, geoinformatics, and public sector digital transformation in Nepal. With more than 15 years of national and international experience in the ICT sector, he has advised various government institutions on technology-driven governance systems and digital transformation initiatives.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Dr. Bhoj Raj Ghimire currently serves as an Assistant Professor of ICT and Head of the School of Technology at Nepal Open University. He holds a graduate degree in Computer Applications and a PhD specializing in Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). He is also the Founder and Managing Director of Perigee Informatics Pvt. Ltd.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

His areas of expertise include data science, e-governance, digital innovation, and ICT-based transformation.
