With extensive experience in building impact-driven institutions and initiatives, he has been instrumental in fostering innovation, youth empowerment, and enterprise development through structured incubation and leadership programs.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-core-block block-paragraph\">\n<p>Dr. Tshering Lama currently serves as the Executive Chairperson and Co-founder of Idea Studio Nepal, a leading platform that supports the transformation of innovative ideas into socially impactful enterprises. He also serves as the Chief Enabler of LeadX Nepal, where he leads leadership development, experiential learning, and capacity-building programs, and is the Patron of Childreach Nepal, an organization focused on health, education, and child protection for vulnerable communities. He has additionally contributed as an Advisor to Kathmandu University and is recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-core-block block-paragraph\">\n<p>His areas of expertise include social entrepreneurship, innovation ecosystem development, leadership training, and public policy engagement.
